Cancellation Policy

As most places do, WE do not charge a deposit to make an appointment. However, we ask that you kindly let us know if you will be unable to keep your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment. This will enable us to possibly fill your spot. If you cancel the day of your appointment or simply do not show up, future appointments will be subjected to a deposit or will be prepaid to hold your appointment. (Depending on the situation) If then, you do not give at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation, your deposit/ payment will be non-refundable. Thank you so much for your cooperation & understanding.
